Shot blasting is essential before paiting , it ensure that the paint can integrate with the product perfectly . Shot blasting can remove the rust marks and impurities on the surface of the parts .

We will do the painting process three times in total , they’re undercoat , intermediate coat and topcoat , we only use the international paint brand paint to withstand the marine extremely environments on the marine equipments , the dry paint film thickness around 300 micrometers ,that’s the main reason our products have the durability .
