10 years ago , we got an enquiry about the electric mooring capstan , we require long lifespan mooring capstan that will be installed on the pier , because the harsh marine conditions ,durability and good performance is very important . Our team said it’s no problem , durability and reliability are basic features of our marine equipments , if they do the periodic maintenance , the lifespan of mooring capstan can exceed 20 years .
At first , the customer don’t believe what we said ,we invited them to visit our workshop and verify the manufacturing process . They checked from bought-in components and original material , all the parts are international famous brands and domestic first-class supplier , we’ve been cooperating for many years . Before painting , all the steel parts will undergo the shot blasting , when after assembly is completed , they will be polished . We deeply know how hashest the marine condition is . Our marine equipments undergo three layers’ painting to enhance its lifespan .
One month later , we delivered the mooring capstan and help to finish the installation and commissioning successfully , they speak highly of the service and mooring capstan . 10 years passed , it looks like new one . it’s not product , we create legacy for our customers .
