150 ton waterfall anchor handling and towing winches were delivered to the shipyard , the main function of anchor handling and towing winch is used for towing and anchor handling purpose on board of AHT&AHTS vessels , it’s custom-bult winches for specific vessels and operations , winch dimensions , brake load capacity , drive power ,control system and configurations can be designed as requirements . The Max. brake load capacity can be up to 500 ton , the storage line capacity can be up to 1500 meters . It’s essential equipment for marine industry .
Main technical parameters.
Recently we received order about two sets 150 ton anchor handling and towing winch . Our technical department discussed the details with the shipyard , according to the discussion , we designed the 150 ton hydraulic anchor handling and towing winch with the following technical details .

The storage line capacity is φ58mmX1200meters , the brake loading capacity is 250 ton@1st layer .The customer was satisfy with the scheme .They sent guys to verify the factory and production process , after the visiting , they arranged the payment .
After 3 months production, the winch is almost completed , we did the factory acceptance test and verified by the end user together . all the details meets the scheme as we confirmed together . The end user is very satisfy with the hydraulic anchor handling winch . After all were done , we sent the winch with the CCS certificate together .
