According to our Philippines customer’s requirements , we designed the 4 points mooring winch for the pile driving barge , they require the diesel engine drive double drum mooring winch , after discussion with them , they require the powerful WECHAI engine . This engine can meet the local emission regulation . After all parameters are confirmed , we sent the confirmation scheme . They’re satisfy with it .
After 3 months of production , the winch is almost finished except painting , we putted it on the testbed to test all the details as drawing showed . We also made test videos and took pictures , they were sent with the FAT report together to the customer .
When the winches were finished successfully, they were sent to the customer immediately . We helped guide the installation on the pile driving barge , after installation , the customer did the commissioning at site , they said the winch is very powerful . They’re speak highly of it , they also feedback the video to us .
